Super Simple Rice Milk

Have you ever noticed how expensive rice milk is at the store?  I thought I would give it a try and make some at home.  The recipe is super simple and with the WonderMill!

Whether you want plain rice milk or chocolate you’ll love this recipe and with a few simple ingredients we all have in the cupboard you can have fresh rice milk in minutes.

The breakdown of making your own rice milk works out to about .25¢ for 32 oz. compared to purchasing at the store for $2.70.  A huge savings!


Super Simple Rice Milk
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ T vanilla
  • 1 drop almond extract, if you choose
  • ⅓ tsp stevia (or 1 tsp sugar)
  • ice
  • For chocolate flavor - 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender and pulse until combined.
  2. Serve chilled
