Whether you want plain rice milk or chocolate you’ll love this recipe and with a few simple ingredients we all have in the cupboard you can have fresh rice milk in minutes.
The breakdown of making your own rice milk works out to about .25¢ for 32 oz. compared to purchasing at the store for $2.70. A huge savings!
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup rice flour
- 1 T coconut oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ T vanilla
- 1 drop almond extract, if you choose
- ⅓ tsp stevia (or 1 tsp sugar)
- ice
- For chocolate flavor - 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Combine ingredients in blender and pulse until combined.
- Serve chilled
