And how cute would this be for a Bridal Shower Brunch!?

I didn’t know how this recipe would turn out, using whole wheat flour, I was imagining it would be too coarse, but I was WRONG.  These little pancakes were melt in your mouth soft and quite delicious!

You only need to grind 1 cup of wheat for the following recipe.

About 4 little Fergusons

Tonya Ferguson is a stay at home Momma to her 4 little Fergusons. She loves to cook with fresh, natural ingredients, whole wheat flour, butter, and full fat milk. She and her husband love to cook together, and try as many as 12 new recipes a month. Tonya is Countrified City Girl, who has fallen in love with the charm of raising chickens and children, gardens and future beef cows, all in the quiet setting of the Country Life. You can find her blogging about faith, family, food, photos and fun at www.4littlefergusons.wordpress.com. From Tonya: I had a WONDERFUL experience participating in the Wonder Mill Challenge. I was excited to share the 3 recipes I selected to try with fresh flour on this blog, and my kids were ecstatic to get to help with the actual wheat grinding process. I am not going to lie, I was VERY nervous, that due to it's coarse nature, the whole wheat flour would make my recipes very dry. Boy, was I wrong! It was the most tender, chewy, incredible, bread we have ever made! I know it's because we started with the whole wheat kernel, that it is safe and natural, and the best flour I can offer my family. Wonder Mill Challenge made it easy for me to earn a Wonder Mill Junior Grain Mill, and I am so thankful for the opportunity and am now a proud new Grain Mill owner. :)
