I had such a good time participating in the Grain Mill Wagon Challenge. My goal was to make baked goods that were just as tasty as their all white flour counterparts and I think I succeeded in doing just that. This challenge has helped me to really appreciate the flavor of freshly milled grains, something I had not really noticed before. I'm looking forward to more whole grain baking, I think you can say I'm hooked!
